Hiring glasses in North Sydney

North Sydney is the office towers along Miller and Berry Streets, and it is also a lot of people living in apartments around them. The weekday jobs are end of year drinks, client events and farewells. The weekend jobs are birthdays in community rooms and apartments.

For offices, the three day hire fits a working week. We drop off on the Thursday, you hold the event on the Friday, and we collect on the Monday. You get a proper invoice, and nobody is washing glasses in the office kitchen.

What you can hire

Everything comes in crates, and everything comes back dirty. The range is the same wherever we deliver:

  • Wine glasses, red and white, mostly Luigi Bormioli lead free crystal
  • Champagne flutes for the toast, including Luigi Bormioli Palace flutes for the top table
  • Highballs and pilsners for spirits, beer and water
  • Trumpet and grappa glasses for the less obvious jobs
  • A drink dispenser as an add-on

How it works

  • Tell us the date and the headcount. We come back with a quote, usually same day.
  • We deliver, or you collect. Pickup from Northbridge is free. Delivery is $40 each way because you are inside our delivery area, on orders of $100 or more. Pickup has no minimum.
  • Three days. Friday to Monday covers a Saturday party without anybody rushing.
  • Send them back dirty. Do not wash them. That is the whole service.

Questions

Can you deliver to an office tower?

Yes. Tell us about the loading dock, the goods lift and whether security needs our names. Towers usually want deliveries booked ahead.

Do you invoice businesses?

Yes, with no deposit. Say you need an invoice when you enquire, then send us your purchase order after the quote.

Can we have the glasses for a Friday event and return them Monday?

Yes, that is the standard three day hire. Thursday to Saturday or Friday to Monday both work.
