Glassware hire in Northbridge

We are in Northbridge. Glassware hire from a shed in your own suburb, with free pickup and no delivery fee to argue about.

Hiring glasses in Northbridge

The Glassery is run out of Northbridge, so this is home. If you live here, hiring glasses from us is about as simple as it gets. You come and get them, you have your party, you bring them back dirty. No delivery fee, no minimum for pickup, no washing up.

We started because of exactly this. Someone up the road needed forty wine glasses for a sixtieth and the options were plastic, borrowing from three different households, or driving to a warehouse in the west. There is now a fourth option and it is five minutes away.

Local halls and venues

If you are hiring a room rather than using your own place, these are the ones people around Northbridge use most. None of them come with glassware.

What you can hire

Everything comes in crates, and everything comes back dirty. The range is the same wherever we deliver:

  • Wine glasses, red and white, mostly Luigi Bormioli lead free crystal
  • Champagne flutes for the toast, including Luigi Bormioli Palace flutes for the top table
  • Highballs and pilsners for spirits, beer and water
  • Trumpet and grappa glasses for the less obvious jobs
  • A drink dispenser as an add-on

See the full range and prices, or send us your numbers and we will work out what you need.

How it works

  • Tell us the date and the headcount. We come back with a quote, usually same day.
  • We deliver, or you collect. Pickup from Northbridge is free. Delivery is $40 each way because you are inside our delivery area, on orders of $100 or more. Pickup has no minimum.
  • Three days. Friday to Monday covers a Saturday party without anybody rushing.
  • Send them back dirty. Do not wash them. That is the whole service.

Questions

Where exactly do I pick up from?

Northbridge 2063. We give you the address when you book. Pickup is free and we are flexible on timing, within reason.

Do you still deliver in Northbridge?

We can, but most locals just collect. It is a five minute drive for most of the suburb and it saves you the fee.

Can I come and look at the glasses first?

Yes. If you want to see a glass in your hand before you commit to forty of them, ring us and come round.
